Connection to support services.
While Inkwell Training and Facilitation is not a mental health or referral service, we’ve put together a list of contacts and resources that can help guide you to different support options
If you’re offering Mental Health First Aid to someone, this guide can help connect them with the professional assistance they may need. Remember, it’s okay to reach out for help yourself as you care for those around you.
Below, we’ve listed a very short summary of key crisis and support services, but please note this is not even close to an exhaustive list—many additional services are available, and we encourage you to explore all available support options.
